Ana Hickmann (born March 1, 1981 in Santa Cruz do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil) is a professional supermodel.

She distributes her own clothing and cosmetics lines, manages a photo studio and a DJ agency and is also a television hostess on the programme "Hoje em Dia", aired by Brazilian TV network Rede Record .

Hickmann was once listed in the Guinness Book Of World Records for being "The model with the longest legs", measuring 48,5" (123 cm.) out of a total height of 73" (6'1"), 185 CM.. Since 2002, the Guinness Book of World Records no longer lists this title.

She was ranked #47 and #85 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2004 and 2005, respectively.

She has been a photographic model since she was four years old. She appeared in a music video, Falguni Pathak's Meri Chunar Udd Udd Jaye, when she was only fifteen. Takia vehemently claims that her video Shake it Daddy" was indeed a hit. Her video fame gave her the entry into Bollywood. She signed a contract for Socha Na Tha, then for Taarzan: The Wonder Car. However, delays in making Socha Na Tha meant that Taarzan released first and was therefore her "debut" film. Most of her films have done somewhat poorly at the box officeso far.

More recently, Takia has been trying to break into the Telugu movie industry.

She won the Filmfare Best Debut Award in 2004 for her performance in Taarzan. She has previously dated Siddharth Koirala, brother of actress - Manisha Koirala.

Born and raised in Mumbai, Namitha is another actress in the long list of imports from the Mumbai area that entered the Telugu film industry via Tamil movies. A few other notable imports are Kushboo, Nagma and Jothika. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a housewife. She is a Punjabi and was introduced into the film industry first by Malayalam film director Siddhique. She became popular with the Tamil version of the film Engal Anna.

A Miss India contest brought Namitha to the Telugu film industry. After entering Tollywood, she immediately grabbed the attention of Telugu film lovers with Sontam and Gemini though the films didn’t fare well in the box office.

She is one of the few hefty actresses that have had some success in Tamil cinema.

Namitha appeared in an English film named Maya(Released 2006) directed by Eric Manning. She has also another malayalam film in her credit with Mammootty named Bus Conductor.
