| In Harvest Moon 64 you will get a picture taken for certain events, the day after you get them taken they will be mailed to you. I have classifed the pictures in to three catagories.You start with one picture with your grandpa |
| Festival Photos There are a few photos you must obtain by winning at festivals. You have a chance at these photos every year. |
| Winning at the Sea Festival If you win at the Sea Festival on the 24th of summer, you will get a picture. |
| Winning at the Dog Races If you treated your dog well and he wins the Dog Races on 19th of winter, you will get a picture |
| Winning at the Horse Races If you treated your horse well and he wins the Horse Races on the 17th of spring or the 28th of fall, you will get a picture |
| Winning at the Cow Festival If you have an adult cow that you treated well and he wins the Cow Festival on the 4th of fall, take him outside the next day and some sightseers will take the picture. |
| Event Photos These photos will happen once a certain event occures in the game. They may or may not have multiple chances to obtain. |
| Completion of the Hot Spring One day in the first winter an earthquake will open a hot spring in the mountain, help the carpenters every day after they ask you for it. When the work is done you will get the picture. You only get one chance for this picture. |
| Wedding Photo Once you get married you will get this photo, it looks diffirent with all the girls. You can get this photo at any time. |
| Baby Photo After you get married and your wife has a child you will get a photo. You can get this photo anytime after your married. |
| Completion of Home Extension Afer you build all of the extensions on to your house you will get a photo. You can get this photo at any time |
| Riding in the Balloon First you must win at the Harvest Festival on the 4th of fall (try to make lots of friends). Then you must go to the Planting Festival on the 8th of spring, then when you ride in the balloon you will get the picture. |
| Girl Photos These are by far the hardest set of photos to try to collect all of. You must get these photos before you get married, it cannot be raining, and they all must have a pink heart. (Popuri is an exception). |
| Popuri's Photo: Blue Mist Flower (As stated above, popuri is an exception to all the standards set above) In the second spring and all the ones following, you can buy a special seed called the Blue Mist Seed. You and Popuri will go to to plant it after you buy it, water it every day and once it is grow you will get the picture. |

| Elli's Photo: Essence of Moon Drop This photo you must have Elli's Heart pink by Fall 9th. On that night stay out on your farm right after the shipper leaves. Elli will come and get you to have the picture taken. |

| Karen's Photo: Kifu Farey Dance This is the hardest photo of all the girl photos is Karen's. First be nice to the bar tender untill he gives you the "Doorway to Heaven", then talk to the eleves about the wine. Then go and make an offering to the goddess, she will ask you if you want to revive the grape spirit, say yes. Then untill fall 7th flirt with Karen untill she has a pink heart, on that night she will ask you to accompany you to her Vineyard. Say yes and you will get the picture. |

| Ann's Photo: Rabbit in Winter This photo can be gotten any day in winter that it isnt snowing and Ann has a pink heart. she will come to you as soon as you come outside your house. |

| Maria's Photo: Firefly Night This photo can be gotten any night in summer that it isnt raining and Maria's heart is pink. Just wait outside at your farm at night and she will come and get you to get the picture. |
| END OF THE GAME PHOTO This is THE HARDEST photo to get! You must have 6 power berries, all other pictures, dog and horse love you, one sheep with good wool, one cow with special milk. and everyone your friend (except the food judge, sight seers, old couple, and the salesman. GOOD LUCK! |
