| Little ole me says no. Not blindly like 70% of Americans anyways. I mean sure Captin America battled Nazis back in WW2 like a champ, but the guy knows where to draw the line. Back in the 70s he found out that America wasn't always right and he said screw this gimmick and become "Nomad". So he wouldn't be aligned with any policital system. Then his arch Nazi nemies came back so he became Captin America again. Anywho, heres how I think heres how conversation between the two would go. |

Captin America: Why didn't we stop it 20 years ago and not sell him the germs? Bush Jr: You're ethier with me or against me! Captin America: oh that'll go over big in Switzerland......
