Centralia Plywood Company

Years before this website was ever created, back when the words "Nite Crawlers" just meant a slimy worm used for fish bait, we were infiltrating this plywood plant regularly. Since then, we've exhausted this location. It simply would not be humanly possible to perform any more operations at this site. So, here is a large photo tribute to the Centralia Plywood Company. A site that has impacted our lives forever, and actually led to the formation of this organization.

The first thing you see approaching the site by road, the smokestack and boiler building. The boiler (was) suspended on the second floor of the building, but in the last 6 months has fallen onto the first floor, crushing everything.
The exterior of the plant, which is larger than two football fields side-by-side. The grounds are cluttered with abandoned, rusting metal parts and machines.
A massive machine looms under the light of a broken skylight. It is over 12 feet tall, and also extends under the ground.
A paper sign that would have been stapled to the side of a boxcar to indicate which side to unload. It identifies the mill as being the "Centralia Plywood Company"
