Aves Satan!
To be used at the beggining of any I.S.S. meet or church event aside from religous rituals that require their own opening and close (satanic spells, black mass, weddings).
Required Eqiupment is: 2 stone/metal staues of snakes, standing up from a coal with their mouth's open, if their standing body shapes an s like shape all the better (cannot be made of gold). One single side half arm length blade, about same size as snake statues, small cutlass or short sword would be ok. Wooden table you don't mind stabbing OR base which to plunge blade of sword into, and gong or bell.
On your table set up the two snakes, facing away from eachother, as if standing watch, with enough room inbetween them for the blade, if you're using a base fit it in between them. Here will be the gathering of (or at) the serpents, where the I.S.S. community will know to gather and face towards as the front of the group. When High Priest or leader of the meeting is ready he will hold his sword high from his left hand facing to his right, standing behind the snakes towards the crowd. A gong will sound iquiring a hush upon the crowd. When the crowd is calm enough the HP will say what welcome he deems necesarry, then turn the sword down, with it's sharp bladed side (and possibly handle if cutlas) facing towards the left of the audiance, towards the left snake, or towards the right of the priest, and will plunge it into the table or base. The gong will sound again and the meeting or church service will be under way. When service is done the sword is to remain, even if event after is just a party or gathering of sorts. Once the sword is removed it is notice for party/crowd to move along. You may take as much time after as you wish as an HP after this, but dont forget to pack away your snakes
