| Dear Mr.Joe, I just got a new puppy, and she is so cute. The problem is, my friends keep hogging her from me. I just got my dog a week ago, and a whole bunch of my friends and family have been over during that time for fathers day and one birthday party. Once I see my puppy, my friend, Rachel, scoops ehr up before i get a chance to. How can I tell Rachel to stop with out hurting her feelings? signed, Helpless in Kentucky |
| Dear Helpless in Kentucky, It sounds to me that you are far from helpless. You just got a new puppy. That;s somthing to be thankfull for. I do understand how you are feeling. Keep in mind that it's your puppy. You can see it all you want, when Rachel only can see it when she comes over to your house. Let your friends spend time with your dog. You'll get your turn. As soon as they leave, you can do all you want with your puppy. If your friends get really extreme, and start acting a little tense about it, politley explain that it is your dog and you should be able to touch her. Signed, Mr. Joe |
