I had a great time in my martial arts classes tonight. 8 years ago in started studying Pai Lum Kung Fu at Rising Dragon Martial Arts in June 2008. Back then when I started martial arts there, you started with as a no sash meaning that you had to learn the requirements and test for your white sash, which is what I did.

8 years ago today, on September 16, 2008 I tested and passed my test for my white sash. I have been studying martial arts at Rising Dragon Martial Arts for 8 years now off and on. One of the times that my life would change for the good was when I started studying martial arts at Rising Dragon Martial Arts. Another time that my life changed for good was when I tested for my white sash.

Now when you start martial arts at any of our Pai Lum schools you automatically get your white sash or belt. I liked it when I had to test for my white sash because I know that I earned it and that is a feeling that will stick with me for the rest of your life.

I am looking forward to testing for many more ranks.
