Today is my Busia & Jaja's anniversary. Happy Anniversary Busia & Jaja.
I am still thinking about going professional as a boxer. I am already training to be a professional kickboxer. I have been training about 3 months now. All kickboxing is, is just a combination of boxing and martial arts. The top half with all the punches is regular boxing and the bottom half with the all the kicking is martial arts.
If you take away the kicking and martial arts, all you have is regular boxing. In boxing you can't use your elbows and knees. In some different kickboxing systems like American Kickboxing, you can't use your elbows and knees either. However in some kickboxing systems you can use your elbows and knees like in the system that I train in. I train in San Shou Chinese Kickboxing. In San Shou you can use your elbows and knees. You can also use your elbows and knees in Muay Thai Kickboxing which comes from Thailand.
In the State Of Wisconsin, you don't need to be licensed to be a professional kickboxer according to the Wisconsin Department Of Regulation and Licensing. However the Wisconsin Department Of Regulation and Licensing states that you have to be licensed as a boxer in order to fight in professional boxing matches.
I want to be a professional kickboxer and a professional boxer. I have filled out my application to be a professional boxer. However I have not turned it in yet because I am still training in kickboxing. Even though I am training in kickboxing, I am also train in boxing as well because with my kickboxing training, I am also learning the regular boxing moves and techniques too.
All it will cost me is $ 5.00 and a complete physical in to get licensed as a professional boxer in the State Of Wisconsin according to the Wisconsin Department Of Regulation and Licensing.
I am going to file my paper work for my license in about 6 months to a year from now. I figure by then I will have enough training that I should be able to get a license.
