| They came in their big Ships, They came equipped with their merchandise of exchange. We were told they intended to trade with us, they stole from us. Our resources, natural and human. Like beasts of burden, into their ships we were led. With their religion we, were blinded, made to believe all our practices were evil hence in droves we converted to theirs. Nothing good comes from the cradle of civillization, what irony. Forcefully We (so-called uncivillized savages) were stolen from our land and murded in genocidal proportions by the Whiteman (civllized). Tossed in the Atlantic when we were sick and weak . |
