The Carb
After our first attempt to start the Camaro (which we owe all to Butch Hulings) he took the carb off and let it sit in all sorts of parts cleaners. for a few weeks. The carb fuel flap was frozen shut, and wasnt looking too good. When we put the carb in the mixture we couldnt read any part numbers off of it. Heres what happened when I took a peak at it...

looks like we know the make now. Rochester Monojet, GM origional part :Note the RP symbol, i belive it means Rochester Products:
This is the fuel intake. The part number here came out pretty good. Im not shure if this is the part # for the carb. I'll update this section as soon as i find out weather it is the carb part # or not.
This it the top of the carb. This could be the part #. This came out very nice. Also note the RP symbol. Also possibly meaning Rochester Products
The very last number I found was a lone and fadded "4" I was lucky i spotted it. Its very hard to see. Try to spot it. Once you think you see nothing scroll down.
