> PLAYER COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
>
> To have a complaint reviewed by the tournament director it must be
    submitted  in written form. The Tournament Director should be
> notified of your intent to submit a complaint on the day of the
    occurrence.
> You will be given two days to prepare your written complaint. Plainly
    state
> what your complaint is and provide supporting facts, theories, and
> documentation. Examples: (1) My opponent attacked routed units without due
> cause; (2) I believe that my opponent has altered the software; and, (3)
    My
> opponent used racial epithets.
>
>  We recommend that you save the game at the start and end of
     each
> of your turns. These saves must be submitted to the committee in the event
> that you have a complaint concerning hitting routed units or software
> alteration. Complaints on hitting routed units or software alteration will
> not be addressed if the supporting save game files are not submitted.
