Was fehlt? ... sauberes und keimfreies Trinkwasser

Eine der dringlichsten Aufgaben ist die Versorgung der Überlebenden mit sauberem Trinkwasser. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Wasseraufbereitungsanlage des THW und des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes sind schon im Einsatz, reichen aber bei weitem nicht aus.

 

Primäres Ziel der Initiative ist es daher, eine mobile Wasseraufbereitungsanlage zu kaufen:

ReDo Water Systems GmbH (Innovationspreis 2004 des BMWi), kostet ca. 38.900 Euro und kann bis zu 15.000 Menschen versorgen.

-         Deutschen Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ),

-         Meinhard Schwendtke (Alumni WOW 1975), arbeitet auf Sri Lanka nördlich von Colombo,

u.a. erfolgen.
