on Monday refused to draw a parallel between the Ayodhya Presidential Reference
and the one made now by President A P J Abdul Kalam on the water sharing
crisis. It, however, issued notices to the Centre and six states seeking their
response on the Punjab government's controversial legislation annulling all its
water-sharing agreements with neighbouring states�
