Teresa's licenced "Lodging House" (Casa Particular)
is located about a kilometer from the five Star Hotel "Santiago de Cuba".
In the same area is also located the Hotel "Las Americas" as well as the
University the Oriente and the local fruit/vegetable market. There is plenty
of activity in the immediate area.
Car and Moto-Ped rental agencies are close by and so is a US$ store
(Cubalse).
The city's bustling downtown area is about 3 Km away and can be reached by walking, taking a Bicycle-cab or a Taxi all easily available from this area.
The accomodation consists of two comfortable rooms, each with an air conditioner and refridgerator and an adjacent bathroom. A kitchen is available if desired. Various combinations of this accomodation can be provided according to your needs. This rental accomodation is located on the second floor of the house with its own private entrance from the street.
The house is equipped with sufficient water storage to provide all day-round service. Bathrooms are equipped with heated shower.
Your other needs, such as laundry or other sundry requirements
can be readily taken care of;... just ask Teresa!
If you feel like visiting Cubans, don't hesitate to go downstairs
and have a coffee with them.
