BREAKING NEWS: Joe Ohler Wins USSA's 2009 Summer Job Testimonial video competition! On July 10th, 2009, the United States Student Association announced Joe Ohler the winner of its nationwide contest for which university student could create the most targeted video to feature on-site recording of his or her summer jobs. An enticing narrative, engaging videography, and timely splicing convinced the contest judges to declare Ohler the national grand prize winner.

2008 SA Election Results
On April 28th, the IEC Commissioner announced the final tallies for candidates in the 2008 SA election. Senator Ohler was among the winning candidates yet again as At-Large Senator for the 2008-2009 academic year, enjoying a burst of recognition following the media coverage of his SA Sedition Act. Ohler served throughout the summer months before deciding to re-allocate his time towards more challenging ventures.
2007 SA Elections Results
On May 8th, the IEC Commissioner announced the final tallies for candidates and referenda in the 2007 SA election. Senator Ohler was among the winning candidates again as Letters and Science Senator for the 2007-2008 academic year. Another victory for Senator Ohler came when the students voted to emancipate Campus Activities Board (CAB) from the SA Constitution, bringing to fruition a bill he had passed to separate CAB from the SA as its own organization.
2007 SA Awards
At the Monday, May 7th Student Association Awards Banquet of 2007, Joseph Ohler received certificates for perfect attendance, authoring the most bills, and being one of two senators of the year. Scans of these awards coming soon!
2006 SA Awards
At the Friday, May 18th Student Association Reception of 2006, Joseph Ohler received an unprecedented three awards for excellence as student senator! Ohler's senator colleagues voted him as having written the most SA Senate legislation, as attending the most SA events that year, and as being one of the most political student senators.
