The sun shines brightly on the red roof opposite,
creating a calming contrast against the blue sky.
There is something to be said of the beauty of contrast,
how one force opposes another, neither bending!

A contrast startles and delights the observors,
peaking our interest or our imagination.
A jolting sound in the silence, two contrasting colors,
two opposite sides of the coin, minted to make one.

The world would be drab without its polarity;
dull gray and lifeless, originality would wane.
There is something to be said of the beauty of contrast,
how two things so different can be so beautiful!
