This was a much needed and much deserved victory over a Port M�r side who also find themselves the wrong side of the table.
Bolstered by County men Kevin Mc Elvenna and Joe Feeney and Declan Mc Elvenna named at corner back, this was a much improved performance. Kevy recorded 1-3 from play and was unlucky not to have another goal. Pat Mc Kenna didnt fancy scoring from right in front of the posts instead opting to score from way out on the far touch line 40 or 50 yards out. An outbreak of cramp struck several Madden players right after Paddy Grimley scored Madden's second goal, it looks like alot more hard training may be needed for these players!!!
A Stevey Smith special ended all hope for Blackwater which was the signal for Laim Grimley to get warmed up as cramp set in again, ....the only pity was he wasn't togged out.
