....Of A Revolution.
Interview-Jerry
Your musical influences: "Chicago (the old stuff), Joe Blow from "Hoodoo Soul Band," Leroi from DMB, J.C. Kuhl, tenor saxaphone from "Agents Of Good Roots," Who toured with DMB, and we had the chance to play with them, and they blew me away. And T.K. from Foxtrot Zulu."

Your Favorite Concert:
"Swindlefish at OU on 9.21.00-This was the night the guys surprised me and announced I was a full member of the band."

Your Worst Concert:
"I think the worst concert was one of the Newports last year. I can't remember which one it was, but my horn was really out of tune, and I kept squeaking all these notes. I listened to the show later in my car and I aslost wrecked."

Your Favorite Song (by O.A.R.):
"The Wanderer-I guess it would make sense to pick a song I play on, but I just love the tune. It just screams reggae. The song I love to play is 'Get Away.'"

Your Favorite Song: "Depends on my mood, Chicago - Beginnings; Allan Brothers - Back Where It All Begins; DMB - The Christmas Song; Ol' Dirty Bastard - Baby I Got Your Money"

If You could be in any current band right now, who:
"I'm very content playing with OAR. I don't think I could have anymore fun playing Sax with any other band."

If You could play with any other musician (dead or alive), who:
"I'd play guitar with SRV, but Sax would probably be Bob Marley and The Wailers. I would love to get a sax lesson from someonelike John Coltrane or Charlie Parker--Someone who really knew and understood the instrument."

Have You played any other instruments other than sax: "Whatever I could get my hands on, drums, percussion, guitar, bass, and trumpet."

What was your previous band name(s): "In high school I played with a bunch of groups. I just want to remind you grunge music was really popular, so some of the names are weird and dismal. Rusty Nail, Paranormal, Calvin, Nostar, Release, Sprechen Sie Jazz. And I still play with 'Ordinary Peoples.'"

Favorite Joke: "I'll pass on this one."
