| Joelle Jacinto writes dance reviews and features for Malaya and Indayog dance magazine. Formerly a ballerina, she recently obtained her Master's degree in Art Theory and Criticism, with research and analysis made on the repertoire of the three major ballet companies in the Philippines. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Philippine Studies, also at UP. Still dancing with TEAM Dance Studio, for whom she is also the company's manager and the principal of the ballet school, she is also a lecturer at the dance program of the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. |
