Entrance : *The opening chords to “Chan Chan” by Ojos de Brujo can be heard across the arena as Ramón Perez steps out onto the ramp. Charismatically, the Cuban Fox absorbs the cheer from the elated crowd and lifts his hands in the air, in a Randy Orton styli. He proceeds down the ramp, starting to run his hands over his body to the women, in an effort to impress them. He then pretends to be burned by his own body, a testament to how sexy Perez thinks he is. He then stands smiling at the fans and brushing over his grey hair with his hand. He stands there, dressed in his smart shirt and tie, and he lights up his customary Cuban cigar before proceeding up the ringsteps. Perez smirks at the crowd and waves to them before stepping into the ring and looking around at the fans who seem to love this man so (result of affiliation of course).*

Biography : *Ramón Juan Perez Blanco was born in a small in a small village just outside Cuba in 1954. He has a very humble background, living with a large yet poor family on a small farm, but his determination to succeed, motivated by his greed led him to get into the oil industry. Backed by popular capitalist support, he was given money to fund his ideas to gain more productivity from oil refineries in Argentina. He received a degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1970 in Economics and was always seen to be good with money. After the Cuban revolution, he sided with the communists and provided funds to Fidel Castro’s party. Now, he has lived in American for ten years… obviously, providing numerous bribes to many immigration officers. He met up with former LaW star Joel Kurtiss, and revitalized his flagging career. After a while, he got seriously involved and decided to buy his own federation, he pulled out and kept pumping money into the Kurtiss Estate. He has featured prominently in Joel Kurtiss' promos, however a change in Joel's alignment led to him to find another client.*

*At the ICE Road 2 Glory PPV Event, on December 31st, 2006, Ramón Perez was the special referee and as his client and long-time friend Joel Kurtiss was about to claim the victory, Perez refused to count and later on, delivered a series of chair shots to his client. He the entered a bitter fued with Kurtiss and his niece, Kurtiss' girlfriend, Sofia Perez. He called his niece a "two peso whore" after her claims that he has "abandoned" his family. He was brutally attacked by Kurtiss in his Cuban home when on business. It was, however, later revealed to be a hoax, to fool the Odinist... and Kurtiss, in fact never really attacked him as the two teamed up again at ICE's Cyberslam 3 PPV in February 2007.It is rumoured that Perez has many children, in North and Latin America due to his very laxed views on contraception. He is often seen taking pretty young girls to the nearest abortion clinic. However, he does have a family, consisting of a son, Esteban Santo Perez and daughters Nuria, Julia and Isabella. He divorced his wife of three years, Consuela Particia Andez Ramirez in 1984, leaving her with no money and all of the children he seemingly abandonded... all but for his brother Antonio's daughter, his niece Sofía Junta Perez Armando. He took Sofia everywhere, raising her better than his own daughters in fact. Their relationship is strong and he supports her relationship with his client, Joel Kurtiss.*
