Joelaki's Home Page
Introduction
This is my first home page ever and as you may have notice my web page design leaves a lot to be desired but I'm learning. Creating this page has been mostly for fun and some place where I can display the courses I have started to create using the Links 2001 APCD.

Personal
I am 28 years old, married and currently live in Melbourne Australia.

Interests
These include in order of importance, Dirt Bike Riding, Golf, Friends, Computers and Staying up late Drinking VB (Beer) or Red Bull with Vodka. This would explain the reason I like Links 2001 as it can cover doing the final three at once.

Some of my favorite Courses that I've Played
The Dunes - Lovely links style course located on the Mornington Penisula.
Eagle Ridge - Hilly course with lots of trees also located on the Mornington Penisula, has the best looking club house I have ever seen.
Cobram-Barooga - Located on the Murray River this course has 100 year old cyprus trees which will no budge no matter what you say to them.
Sherbrooke Country Club

This is a fictional course that gets it's name from the Sherbrooke Forest, which is in my local area. Hills, trees, water and bunkers will all be a feature of this course, which I hope to have finished within the next two months.

I have posted some pictures of the course layout and the first nine holes. You may have noticed that the 7th hole has a changed look from the rest, all other holes now have the same texture colouring as the 7th. I haven't updated the pictures yet but will do so when I start planting (whenever that will be). The pictures are only basic If you have any comments I'll would be wrapped to hear from you. You can email me with any comments or post them for me at the WebBoard as it would be much appreciated.

I found and then adjusted this symbol for the Lyrebird. The Lyrebird hangs around the Sherbrooke forest and impersonates anything from a Kookaburra to a chainsaw. I'm will use this image for my flags at Sherbrooke Country Club..
Speacial Thanks
I would like to thank "The Links Corner" because without it I'm sure  would have given up by now, the stuff you guys do there is very much appreciated. A finally thanks goes to those that have taken the time out to do the tutorials ie: Chris Perry, Bomber, & Mike Jones these guys have spent a great deal of time just to help.
