Joel has always enjoyed building and fixing things. He built the home he�s lived in for the past seven years and the one previous to that. Over the past few years he has renovated four rental properties in the Bryant area while working as Service Manager for Parkway Automotive Services in West Little Rock. He has also served as the Pastor of 65th Street Baptist Church in Little Rock since 1994. Joel�s other job experiences include kitchen design and installation, wood-heating sales and installation, and plumbing, electrical, and maintenance supply sales. �People were often asking for my help with this project or that, so after doing some thinking and praying, I decided to start a business that would address those kinds of jobs,� said Joel.
Josh Grenier recently moved back to Bryant from Billings, Montana, his dad�s hometown, where he worked as a pharmacy technician. Prior to his move to Montana last year, he worked as a pharmacy tech for Foster�s Grocery. With experience as a teen helping his dad build their house, and more recently helping renovate the rental properties, Josh was ready and willing to come home to work with his dad in the new company. �Our motto is, You need it done? Just ask!� said Josh. ODD JOB GUYS specializes in home repair and maintenance, remodeling, painting, and carpentry. �Folks just need someone to care about the little stuff they need done around or to their home,� said Josh. �That�s what my dad�s company is all about.�
Joel�s wife, Linda, has been the Music Specialist at Salem Elementary in the Bryant School District for the past 23 years. �She�s also the one who has done most of the �leg work� for the new company,� said Joel. In addition to son, Josh, who is 23, Joel and Linda also have a daughter, Audrey, who is a junior at Ouachita Baptist University.
