than Once
Most
say that anniversaries come but once a year,
But an anniversary to me is every day you are here.
Each day that we share all our hopes and our dreams,
Makes each day a celebration, or so that it seems.
A celebration that fate has brought us together,
And
because of your sweet smile, my life's so much better.
Now I smile at the world, and give thanks to above,
For sending such a blessing, a true friend to love.
It doesn't matter what day it might happen to be,
It's an anniversary of trust and complete honesty.
It's another day I'll give thanks for all you have done,
Cause I'll love you forever, and then some.
