Together they are the foundation of Judas Priest.

If there are any doubts whatsoever as to the ability of Ripper to perform to the Halford standard, I highly suggest you pick up a copy of their live CD, "Meltdown". Ripper is truly the Metal Messiah. Listen to the new rendition of "Rapid Fire" and you'll be a believer too.

In 2004, Judas Priest did reunite with Rob Halford, and Ripper was jetisoned form the band. Ripper now is the lead vocalist for Iced Earth.

Pictured left is the induction ceremony of Black Sabbath into the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame !
