Sale Terms
1.1 All items must be legally owned by the Owner.
1.2 The Broker will take possession of the item until it is successfully sold on Ebay or returned to the Owner as a result of unsuccessful sale.
1.3 The Broker will maintain the exclusive right to sell the item while in possession of the item under the sales conditions arranged by the Owner and Broker.
1.4 Broker reserves the right to decline to list an item.
1.5 Broker will create and list item(s) on Ebay within 10 days of possession of the item. The Broker will use his best judgment and Owner’s input when creating the listing for the item(s).
1.6 After the listing has ended, if the item did not sell the Broker will call or e-mail Owner to obtain permission to either relist the item or return the item to the Owner. Items will be returned no more than two weeks from the ending date of the auction.
1.7 Owner is responsible for representing the item accurately and honestly. If a buyer is unhappy with an item Broker will use his best judgment to rectify the situation and notify Owner promptly. Owner will be responsible for providing a refund for items if a buyer has suffered loss or damage due to reliance on inaccurate information provided by the Owner.
Expenses and Payment
2.1 Broker will pay the owner the amount equal to the final selling price minus 30% of the selling price and actual shipping cost (which includes delivery confirmation and or shipping insurance).
2.2 Owner will pay the five dollar listing fee before the auction takes place and will be subject to an additional five dollar fee of the item is relisted.
2.3 Broker will deliver payment to Owner within two weeks of the sale of an item in the form of electronic payment through Paypal, postal mail, or personal delivery.
