I found out that some time back Sylvia Browne was charged with fraud in California. She was running some fake gold mine thing, where she would get people to invest in a gold mine. But there was no gold in the mine. And some people invested their money and lost it.

If this is true then I think people ought to know about it. If she would do something like that then how can we believe she can really talk to dead people? It's not like we can ask the dead people to let us know if Sylvia Browne is really talking to them, can we?
And this would explain why Sylvia Browne won't be tested. You would think that if there was a million dollars to win by using your psychic powers, she would win it. But only if she is really psychic! If she's not psychic and all this psychic stuff is really more fraud by Sylvia Browne then I don't think she will ever take the test, but she will just keep coming up with one excuse after another.
