Subject Summer Beach House
Hi Joe,
I just want to thank you again for letting us use your beach house this summer. The clients and staff loved it. The neighbors were so welcoming and there is a lot to do around the area! I know it is early and am not sure what your plans are for next summer, but we would love to use your house again if possible. If you plan on renting it out again next summer, please let me know. Thanks again!
