Sega's web portal: Links to Sega of America, Japan and Europe
Sonic Team: United Game Artist merges with Sonic Team to focus on games for casual gamers.  Sonic Central - Official sonic site
Hitmaker: Sega Rosso merges with Hitmaker to focus on games for new hardware and mobile devices.
Sega-AM2: Although no longer headed by Suzuki-san, AM2 will remain relatively unchanged. However, their focus will be more on "serious" gamers with a particular emphasis on fighters.
Sega Wow: This is the new name for the combination of Wow Entertainment and Overworks. They will focus on games for all ages on next-gen consoles.
Amusement Vision: Part of Smilebit is merging with Amusement Vision to focus on cinematic, movie-like games.
Smilebit: The old Smilebit teams will combine with the Amusement Vision people who focused on sports games. The new team will concentrate on sports titles.
Visual Concepts:  Visual Concepts has been known for its great sports and non-sport titles.  Now with a deal with ESPN to help boost poor sales of 2K3 series on the next gen. consoles with ESPN's big name and added features.  They have ended the great 2K series in exchange for one called ESPN and then the sports name.  This also marks the end to the Sega Sports website made for the 2K series.
With Sega's decision to leave the console wars, it has made several new ventures.  One of them is Sega Model, a company made to develop games with sonic characters for cell phones.
Digitalrex: The direction of this developer headed by the amazing Yu Suzuki, is still unknow.  But the site reports it will be development for business, home and game software.
