working as a Business Analyst to gather and document requirements and as a QA
Analyst to lead, manage, and execute the testing effort. Worked as business analyst
to document requirements using gap analysis, specifications, and UML. As de facto QA
lead on projects, wrote and executed scripts, provided direction and managed non-QA
