*~*~* Well folks, it's official. MGB are broken up. Which sucks ass because they were one of the few truly amazing bands out there today. I have some good news though, and that is that Matt's going to conitnue making music. I think that he's putting out a new album sometime in the spring so wait for it, and buy it when it comes out, i sure as hell will. Rich is still going to work with Matt, so that's good.
*~*~* The new MGB video is out people. It's for "Anti-Pop" off of their new album "The Audio Of Being". Dale Earnhardt Jr. is in the video with Matt and Rich and of course the little garden gnome. Garden gnome? That's right, garden gnome. I really like the new video, it's hilarious. It's the kinda prank that I'd love to pull but I don't have a private jet so I'm outta luck. Also in the video you get to see Matt show some skin! That's right ladies, Matt Good in a towel! He even does a little dance...now that's entertainment. Matt also plays a little game of strip poker...Matt in his boxers! Now that my friends is one hell of an amusing video for ya! Watch it on Much Music (all my fellow Canadians that is). As for any Americans that are MGB fans...I don't know what to tell ya! But you can watch it at the MGB site (a very cool site...very fancy...it's HIGH-TECH).
*~*~*Dave Genn:The Saga Continues
Dave Genn:he was in he was out, he was in, is he out? To tell you the truth, I have no idea right now. From what I've been hearing, Dave is out, and this time Ian went with him. Damn. That band is falling apart. Well, at least if Matt goes "solo" (Rich is still gonna work with him) we'd still get the same kind of Matt Good songs that we all know and all love. He write the songs man, that's what it's all about. Matt's the sh#t! I hear he's a real asshole...
*~*~*To Tour or Not To Tour...
The tour..I REALLY wanna find out what's happening with that one, believe me. I've never been to a Matthew Good Band concert before. They sound like they are AMAZING. He's always coming up with some good sh#t to do at his concerts that Matt Good, what a prankster! Anyway...the tour...From what I've heard from the Matthew Good Band (well not directly, but you get what I mean) is that if we're lookin' at some tour dates, they should be kicking off sometime in the spring, when the weather gets warmer. So I'll keep ya posted if anything comes up. |
