Incubus in my opinion is one of the greatest bands in the world. They're without a doubt my favourite band. Their music is diverse within itself. I mean they can be melodic and mellow and then around and record a loud, hard rock song. That's probably what I love the most about them. They do not fall in to whatever's "in" at the time. I mean rap/rock was really popular at one time, and you didn't see Incubus record a rap/rock song just to try and sell more records. They are intelligent guys, you don't have to know them to see that. The lyrics that Brandon writes are excellent and Mike is really just an amazing guitarist. Dirk's an awesome bass player, and you can clearly see that Jose's a good drummer. Kilmore may be a DJ, but he didn't try to turn any of the band's music towards hip-hop, so I admire his ability to contribute to the music without changing it. I could go on forever about how much I love and adore Incubus, but I won't. There isn't enough room.

*~* Incubus is headlining the "Honda Civic Tour 2002" and guess who's going to the show in Hamilton, Ontario at Copps Coliseum on June 1, 2002??? (got all that by the way?) That's right goons, me!!! I finally get to see my favourite band live. I will FOR SURE right a whole bit about that experience, and if none of you read it then you can bite me. I don't give a damn, i'll write it anyway so ha. *~*Incubus is set to perform on Letterman on February 14, 2002. A nice Valentine's day treat. Well, actually, by the time it airs, it'll be February 15...Brandon's birthday!

*~*The video for "Nice To Know You" is out. You can vote for it request it, whatever, on MTV. It's now out on Much so keep requesting it and voting for it on the countdown. It was filmed in November 2001 at one of their concerts. It's a simple video but it's still very good. They're a great live band, they sond awesome live. Although it is not LIVE. They aren't singing it, but it's filmed at a live performance.
