Penguins Sign Rozsival to One-year Contract Saturday September 08, 2001 2:09 PM PITTSBURGH (AP) - Defenseman Michal Rozsival became the last of the Pittsburgh Penguins' restricted free agents to sign a contract, agreeing to a $600,000, one-year deal. Rozsival will make $100,000 if he plays in the minors, as he did for more than half of last season. Rozsival had one goal and four assists in 30 Penguins games last season before being assigned to Wilkes-Barre-Scranton of the AHL in late December. He had eight goals and eight assists in 29 regular-season games and three goals and 19 assists during the playoffs, when he was third in the league in scoring. In 105 career games with the Penguins, the 23-year-old Rozsival has 26 points, 74 penalty minutes and a plus-14 rating.
