Here is how the rust in the floorpan corners was repaired.  This is the passenger side. Sorry for the tinted image.
















First the bad metal was cut out.  Then new 18ga was welded in as you see here.

Then 2 coats of Por15 was applied to both sides of the repair.

The repair to the drivers side was in the same spot (outer corner).  It was so small I did not take pictures.  However is was repaired the same way.
