Kumite is where 2 guys stand in a ring for 3 minutes and kick seven shades of crap out of each other. Their mates wave their
hands at them and shout things like "ooh-sah", while the opposing team all cast "If I get you in the next round, then you're a dead
man" looks opponent-ward. It's all in the name of good fun though, and as soon as the fight is over and the cursory "Cheers for
stopping the fight after he dislocated my jaw" look is given to the refs, the fighters shake hands and exchange patronising
comments such as:

     "Well done mate" - B***ard, I'll get you next time..
     "Go the way.." - Hope you lose a tooth in the next round
     "You deserved it.." - Flukey Wanker
     "Hard lines, it was close run" - You're Shite, and you know you are...
