Here we are, starting the day with smiles!
Magic Mountain
We set out early in the day and arrived at 10:00 am when the park opened.
The weather was perfect for Magic Mountain in late June-about 85 with a nice breeze.
We were lucky, as everyone knows the temperature is usually about 100 this time of year.
The  park was not crowded at all, so wait times were minimal and non-existant.
We went on just about everything once and sometimes twice-or should I say,  everything that we wanted or could handle. Seems my system is not what it used to be-I had to sit a few out due to  unwelcome "stomach disturbances." On the other hand, Mr. Brandon has "no fear" and went on everything right along with Jen. They even coughed up  the extra bucks to ride the "Dive Devil".
(Terrible name for a ride, isn't it?)
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the thing-
here is the scoop. . .

They strap you into a full length body vest with hooks on your back. The hooks attach to a cable so that you are suspended in a flying position on your stomach. Then they pull the cable up very high between to very tall towers, you pull the rip cord for a 3 second free fall , then swing between the huge arch for about ten swings until they stop your momentum.

NO THANKS! Paris and I passed on this one, but Jen, Brandon, and Brian went on it together.
Here they are way up here!!
On to some older pictures, but still fun to look at.
