| Hi! My name is Ms. Jodi, and I have been a kindergarten teacher at Kyrock Elementary School for six years. My first year of teaching was at H.W. Wilkey Elementary School, in Leitchfield, where I taught pre-school. I graduated from Western Kentucky University, where I received a bachelor's degree in elementary education with an emphasis in English, a master's degree in elementary counseling, and a Rank I in elementary counseling with an endorsement in secondary counseling. I am the Extended School Services Coordinator at our school. I enjoy reading, walking, collecting Beatles memorabilia, and spending time with family, as well as my four basset hounds. It is my desire to provide my students with a safe learning environment, in which they can progress at their own rate. I engage children in hands-on activities that stimulate their curiosity and help prepare them in becoming the readers, writers, and mathematicians of tomorrow. |
