Social

- interact with peers
-speak to teachers and peers in full sentences
-learn classmates' names
-express choices
-develop empathy for others
-follow rules and routine of class

Emotional

-have a positive self-concept
-transition from task to task
-accept being corrected
-discern between right and wrong
-be happy at school

Physical

-run
-jump
-hop
-climb steps
-copy a shape
-build a tower of 7-10 blocks

Cognitive

-know first and last name
-gender identify established
-have been read to
-have had prior experiences that fostered thought and conversation
