We have very little information on John and Mohrina Schram. Family Records (Wallpaper Family Tree) says that Mohrina died in 1870, but John is in the Canadian Census for 1851 with out her. He is living with his daughter, Laura Davis who at the time was married to Hugh Davis (second husband). They had a slew of children by that time. One who they named Hugh.

In the Davis family every generation since has had a Hugh Davis in it. There has been some one in the Schram line with the name Hugh until my generation ended the tradition. I guess we didn't know about it. If I had know about the Davis Family's Hughs, I might have given a second thought to giving my son that as a middle name.

There is also a record of John and Mohrina living in St. Catharines, Upper Canada when Laura and Hugh got married. Apparently they didn't make it to the wedding.

We have no information about Hannah Schram and Robert Davis. On of the first questions Hugh Davis (Gen. 4) asked me at our first contact was "Do you know if Robert Davis is related to Hugh Davis?" I, of course, was waiting for him to tell me that they were...
