| My Heart Will Beat Again. I entered this world pure of heart, I viewed the world as it was going to be, I felt my heart begin to break. I walked in the twilight whilst it was noon, I walked with few amongst many, I stood deminished in the world of the tall, I stood darker in a world of light. I walked into the world with heavy heart, I saw the world as it was, I felt my heart tear in two. I walked in darkness while it was noon, I walked alone, yet I am surrounded, I stand small against a world of tall, I stand dark in a world of light. I will walk in the world with renewed heart, I will see the world as it is, I will feel my heart is there. I will walk in the light whilst it is noon, I will walk in companionship whilst with others, I will stand up in a world of tall, I will stand out because of my darkness. I will live in the world with hope in my heart, I will see the world as it one day will be, I will have a heart that is light for me to bear. My heart will beat again. ~ Annonymous ~ |
