In the 1990-1991 Long Beach Civic Light Opera Production of Chess, Jodi played Florence Vassy. My parents got to see this exact version when they came to Ft. Worth; I wish I had. Chess is the story of a love triangle between an American Chess champion, his second, (Florence), and his opponent, the Russian. Read much more about it here.
