In my opinion, the best lyric work Noel Gallagher has ever
created. As always, Noel's music-writing ability shines in this
beautiful Brit-rock ballad. Rumor has it that he wrote this song for
his mother whenever she was in the hospital with cancer. Anyways,
I've studied this song a lot and I've studied Noel performing it life
and I'm very certain that I have it right. Here goes...

Am7- 002010
G6- 055430
Fmaj7- 033210
Dsus- 000320
C/B- 320010
C- 332010
G- 320033
F- 133211
Fm- 133111

Ok...if anyone needs the words to go along with this, just E-Mail me
and I'll send this set to the words ([email protected])...but I think
it can be understood like this:

Intro & Verse:
Am - G6 - Fmaj7 - Dsus - Fmaj7 - Am ......

Pre-Chorus:
C/B - Fmaj7 - C/B - Fmaj7

Chorus:
C - C/B - Am7 - G - Fmaj7 - G - Am7 - G - Fmaj7 - G

Verse

Chorus

Intro to Middle 8 (last line of chorus)

G Am7 G F
Yes I need more time just to make things right....

Middle 8:

 Fm
Me and you what's gong on...

(solo) C - C/B - Am7

     F Fm C
All we seem to know is how to show....the feelings that are wrong

(solo) C - C/B - Am7 - Fmaj7 - G

Chorus 2x

(on chorus 2nd time):

G Am7 G Fmaj7
Yes I need more time just to make things right

G Am7 G Fmaj7
Yes I need more time just to make things right

G Am7 G Fmaj7
Yes I need more time just to make things right......

G C
....so don't go away (into outro)

Outro:
C - C/B - Am7 - C/B - Fmaj7 - C/B - C - C/B - Am7 - C - C/B - Am7

C - C/B - Am7 - C/B - C

Of course, the outro is a little more complicated than that, but I'm
just posting the basics.

Feel free to E-Mail me ([email protected]) if you have any questions, want the
transcription set to the lyrics, or if you want some of the picking
parts (solos, outro, ets.) tabbed out. I'll be happy to help you out!

Have fun!
