Intro-- Just strum a C chord up on the fretboard like so:

Then Crispian yells 'huh, two, three, fawr'  and the song kicks in and 
the comes the interlude. 

Interlude--This is used a lot during the song.  It occurs 8X at the beginning and then usually in intervals of 2 from there on out(between the 'Na-na' chords, before the chorus, during solo, etc.).  It's just a C chord. Listen to the song for rhythm.  The first bit goes along with the bass part a little.

Also, the 5th, 6th, and 7th times this occurs in the beginning, there is a little somthing else that goes like this.  Again use the song for rhythm...

'Na-na' chords--I know it's a lame heading, but cut me some slack. The chords are Ab->Eb->Bb->F.  Here's how I play it...

Then the chorus...

Chorus--The chords to this section are C7#9->F->Bb.  Then when the band all hits together('Oh early in the morning...'), you just hit the C7#9.  Here are the chords...

One other little thing that Crispian does that adds a little variety is in the second chorus, after singing 'Hush' is his falsetto, he moves the C7#9 chord up an octave.  It looks like so...
