1/ A team will consist of five (5) players plus reserves.
Team captains are to submit a list of player's names for each team.
Clubs may enter more than one team, however players can only play in the team
in which they are nominated.

2/ Starting time is 7.00pm or as agreed by both captains with 15 minutes grace and an additional 10 mins if contact is made by phone".

3/ Captains are to seed players 1 to 5 EG No 1 plays opposing No 1, No 2 plays opposing No 2.
In the event of player's form changing, players may only be seeded one seed lower
than they're previous seeding. (They maybe elevated any amount of seeding).
If a discrepancy in seeding occurs the team in error will forfeit any points gained
by the incorrectly seeded player and the opposing player given the frames 2-0.
On top of this the team in error will lose 2 points if it is the first offence or 5 points
if it is a second indiscretion. All deduction of points must be authorised by the committee.

4/ The playing order will be out of a hat or by mutual agreement by the Captains.

5/ The competition is run on a points score system. All games being the best of three frames
with one point being awarded for each frame won.

6/ Should a team have less than three players on any given night they will be forfeited
and the opposing team awarded 10 points.

7/ All players must play a minimum of five games to be eligible to represent their
team in the Semi-Finals and Grand Final.

8/ Should a draw occur at the end of the rounds proper a count back system will determine
the placings. If a draw occurs the team who accumulated the most points in the 2nd half
of the competition is deemed the higher place getter. If teams are still equal then the
last round of the 1st half of the draw will be added Etc until one team has a higher total.

9/ Should a draw occur in the Semi-Finals, Final or Grand Final the No 1,3 and 5 seed players
will play off one frame each.

10/ All result sheets are to be faxed within 24 hours.

11/ Two agreeing Captains are to override any controversial marker decisions.

12/ Captains of Clubs with only two tables are required to contact the team they
are hosting in advance to organise an early start of at least one match.
