# Teams for this year are Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee Randwick A, Coogee Randwick B, Malabar, Maroubra Seals A, Maroubra Seals B, Mascot and Yarra Bay - 9 in total which means we once again have a bye each week.
Steve Kirk was requested to contact Maroubra RSL and Matraville RSL to see if they are interested in joining the comp. This was attempted with Maroubra RSL declining the invitation because "they would be uncompetitive" and Matraville RSL was unable to provide contact details for anyone within the snooker club.

# Competition will start Monday 10th March 2003

# An amendment to rule 2 was suggested - See General Business for details.

# Finals format will be the same as last year - Top 5.

# Yarra Bay and Mascot were asked to organise with visiting captains an early start due to the fact they only have 2 tables.

General Business

# Steve Kirk mentioned that during the finals there seemed to be a problem between Mascot and Bronte when one of the Bronte players was forced to forfeit due to running late. Rule 2 was amended to read "Starting time is 7.00pm or as agreed by both captains with 15 minutes grace and an additional 10 mins if contact is made by phone".
The committee requested that the captains use common sense in regard to this but try and get their players to venues on time.

# Next meeting Wednesday May 7th 2003 at Clovelly 6 pm to discuss Champion of Champion details, Grand final nominations and team payments of $80 per team.

Meeting closed 6:36pm
