Learn the basic building blocks of technique and choreography.
This class is technique-based and adheres to the teaching style and format of all Mirage classes.
You do NOT need to be of a certain body type or age to learn and enjoy this dance form. It is relatively low impact and mostly focuses on muscle isolation work, so it is perfect for all body types.
You will need to wear comfortable pants -no skirts or jeans- for class. A bare midriff is not necessary. We generally dance barefoot, but that is optional if you are physically unable to do so.
Continuing Beginner class times will change beginning January 3rd. Classes are as follows:

Continuing Beginner (returning students):
Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Must have beginner experience and/or instructor consent. In this class, we will focus on mastering the basic technique and building a repertoire of belly dance moves and choreographies.
