Bonjour!  A little about me...I was born and raised in the Champagne region of France, and come from a big family of pastry chefs and bakers.  I began working in the family shops when I was 10 years old and spent many years there learning the craft.  After high school, I completed business & marketing school in San Francisco, CA.  I also attended and have diplomas from the highly regarded INBP pastry school in Rouen, and as my biggest accomplishment, I have a degree in Superior Pastry from the famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school.   

Besides working in artisan shops for many years, I have also worked designing factories and mass production lines for two of the biggest industrial pastry companies in France.  I am comfortable in either environment and especially enjoy using very high quality, natural ingredients.  I like creating new recipes and custom items, as well as traditional products.

I am currently working as a pastry instructor at a culinary institute in France.  I travel and go to America during the summer (Aug-Sept) and winter (Dec-Jan) breaks.
