Sweet Potato Casserole

From the kitchen of Norma

Great for holidays and special dinners

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1/3 cups softened margarine

2 eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 cup sugar

�Mix all together until fluffy. Pour in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Topping:

�1 cup brown sugar

1 cup pecans

1/3 cup margarine

1 c. coconut (optional)

1/3 cup flour

�Mix all together and crumble over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
