A rose joint tie rod frome a honda pro cart was cut in half and the halfs shortend in lenth to suite as shown in the picture. No5 is connected to a shortend vw gear shifter rod with a adjustable section put in from a vauxhall cavalire. And No6 will be connected to the gear box this will give you the backwards and fowards movment on the gear stick.
On top of the two tie rod halfs a bolt will be welded on each one and a full tie rod will be placed this will give you your side to side movment on the gear stick so you can select 3rd/4th gear also revers. |
