| The other metal plate you put on top of the wooden disc with the ballbearings in, then place the large bolt through the whole lot and do the nut up unde neath. The little coach bolt on top of the plate seen in the photo above is cut to the right length to suit, and ground to a point at the bottom, it goes through the top plate and into the bottom plate to lock both of the plates together.To make the top turn just lift the coach bolt up a little |
