History

In the year 1983, the restaurant was established and was started to serve tasteful meals. It was named “Rose Fastfood” on that day and was located at Market Site in Lianga, Surigao del Sur. It was managed by the couple married named Rosenita Galan and her husband Bonifacio Galan.

The restaurant was grew and ascended on its carrier since there were just few rivals in business. In 2003, Mr and Mrs Galan gave and transferred the business into their son Mr Galan. Mr Galan was the one who managed the business on that day together with his wife Mrs Myrna Galan. On August 29 2009, Mr Galan changed the name of their business and named it as Wenna’s Eatery and they was also transferred their area in Public Site, Poblacion, Lianga, Surigao del Sur beside public terminal.

Then on September 2013, they changed the concept of their business and they substituted it as Rose Seafoods and Kambingan. On that time, they have two branches. The other one was placed beside Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Station. Mr Galan accompanied by Mr Alberto Dela Peña on his second branch. But on December 11 2015, they sold-up their second branch.
